Terms of Service

West Five Collective — Effective April 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking any service with West Five Collective (“West Five,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an inquiry, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

West Five offers interior styling, interior curation, interior consulting, and VIP Room Design services for residential and commercial clients. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are outlined in a separate service agreement provided upon booking. Services are performed by Camila Cruz, sole proprietor of West Five Collective.

2. Booking & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to initiate any styling or curation project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. The VIP Room Design and single consulting sessions require full payment at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods: ACH bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal transaction fees may apply. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Your project start date is confirmed only after the deposit and signed service agreement have been received. West Five reserves the right to reschedule or decline projects if payment is not received within 5 business days of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once a project has been initiated. If you need to cancel before work has begun, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of booking for a full refund of your deposit.

For the VIP Room Design and consulting sessions: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

West Five reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, clients are responsible for:

  1. Completing the intake form accurately and on time

  2. Providing photos and measurements of the space as requested

  3. Being available for scheduled video calls

  4. Providing timely feedback during revision rounds

  5. Communicating any budget changes or constraints before sourcing begins

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. West Five is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, late responses, or changes in scope requested after the project has begun.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed at an hourly rate, communicated and agreed upon in advance.

6. Sourcing & Procurement

West Five provides sourcing recommendations and curated selections as part of its services. Unless otherwise agreed, procurement (purchasing items on behalf of the client) is the responsibility of the client. West Five is not liable for product availability, shipping delays, damage in transit, or price changes after selections are presented.

West Five may receive trade discounts or referral benefits from certain vendors. These do not affect the integrity of our recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All mood boards, design concepts, collages, PDF guides, and other deliverables created by West Five are the intellectual property of West Five Collective until final payment has been received in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for personal or business use as it relates to their project.

West Five retains the right to photograph, document, and share completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

West Five’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with contractor work, product defects, or implementation errors made by the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

West Five reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
